Plans for a new 10-story, 500,000-square-foot bioscience building in downtown New Haven to feature lab, research, and incubator space have garnered a key approval.
The New Haven Board of Alders’ Community Development Committee unanimously approved a new Development and Land Disposition Agreement for the project, which is planned for 101 College St.
