CTNext has awarded seven recipients $1.3 million in grants from its Higher Education Initiative. The purpose is to foster collaboration among institutions of higher education and strengthen institutional capacity as it relates to innovation and entrepreneurship.

The programs with which CTNext has finalized grant agreement include:

  • Connecticut Consortium for Entrepreneurship Educators
  • University of Bridgeport
  • Partnership for Innovation and Education
  • University of Connecticut Technology Commercialization Services
  • University of Saint Joseph
  • Business Council of Fairfield County
  • University of New Haven
