Leveraging NIAAA SBIR/STTR Funding to Support Innovation on Alcohol Use Disorder

March 16, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Please join the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. ET for a webinar hosted by the Department of Psychiatry, Yale University School of Medicine and BioCT, on small business research funding to develop and commercialize treatments, technologies, and solutions to address alcohol-related problems. Millions of Americans need programs, products, and treatments to address the serious effects of alcohol use disorder. The NIAAA provides researchers and entrepreneurs funding, support, and guidance to successfully bring innovative solutions to market and help many overcome alcohol use disorder and its effects.

The NIAAA’s Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Research (SBIR/STTR) program provides non-dilutive, early-stage funding to eligible small businesses, entrepreneurs, and researchers. Join us to learn more about the program and priority research interests, how to successfully apply, and how to tap into resources available to grantees.

This webinar will feature:
