Self-Care: Transform Stress for Optimal Performance Presentation & Interactive – Hosted by WIB

The Red Zone is a state of being where heightened stress tips a person out of alignment. For most of us, stress used to gradually build toward this tipping point, but these days people almost feel as though they are on an emotional seesaw. Stress is affecting us at work and at home with a regularity that is leaving many paralyzed.
