Transforming Limiting Beliefs Into Empowering Discomfort – Hosted by WEST

By the age of seven, our belief system is formed. As adults, we are often unaware of how these childhood beliefs influence our behaviors and decisions. To reshape beliefs that no longer serve us, limit us, we must act and seek out new experiences and embrace empowering discomfort. By the end of the session, you will understand how to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and create a roadmap to realize your dreams. 

About the Speaker

Mary Axelsen is the Founder & CEO of WeMaxx Consulting and former global HR Executive with a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She comes with 20 years of experience consulting with and coaching global leaders and employees. She has partnered with leaders to implement transformative change in a wide range of industries and functions to include Fortune 500, public, private, and non-profit companies. She holds certifications in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Change Styles Indicator, Hogan, and 360 assessments. Her areas of specialty are organizational design, organizational and culture change, business and talent strategies, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and leadership coaching + development.
