Newtown residents Gloria and Eric Kolb recently won U.S. patent protection on Monroe-based Elidah’s Elitone device to help women with stress urinary incontinence, with the Elitone device emitting mild electric impulses to stimulate and strengthen pelvic muscles.

Elidah’s Elitone system can be worn during the day, providing 20 minutes of electrical stimulation delivered through a flexible, non-invasive device worn under clothing.
