Mostafa Analoui, Ph.D. executive director of venture development at the University of Connecticut, has been appointed to the board of directors of Connecticut Innovations (CI) by Governor Dannel P. Malloy.
The 17-member board provides a strategic framework for CI initiatives and is responsible for CI finances, including investments and overall operations of the organization.
“Dr. Analoui has the distinction of bringing several key skills and expertise that align with CI customers and partners,” said Michael Cantor, Board Chairman of CI. “Having been a successful startup founder, an academic entrepreneur, a corporate R&D leader and most recently an investment manager, he can offer perspective on a range of issues of importance to CI.”
