Whether you attend in person or virtually\, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to engage with leading scientists\, learn from cutting-edge research and gain practical insights into the evolving landscape of genome\, transcriptome and epigenome analysis. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout: \n\nLong-read sequencing has revolutionized our ability to interpret complex biological systems\, earning recognition as Nature’s Method of the Year in 2022. These technologies enable researchers to assemble highly contiguous genomes\, identify structural variants\, phase clinical mutations\, and resolve challenging genomic regions.
