Stefanie started in Mercury in 2001 and is known for proactive problem-solving, continuous improvement, and helping labs streamline shipments so they can focus on the science. She brings practical, real-world expertise in compliant packaging, routing, and issue prevention for high-stakes diagnostic shipments.
