This event honors excellence in nephrology care and innovation, recognizing Dr. Wasim Dar (Hartford Hospital), Dr. Jillian Warejko-Rossi (Yale School of Medicine), and Olivia Dawli, RN (Hartford Hospital, Kidney transplant recipient).
