Founded in 2020 in Branford, Connecticut by a team of experienced and successful life science industry researchers, Abbratech is applying knowledge gained from the past 15 years of human genome sequencing and Ab engineering to produce high affinity and highly specific recombinant Abs. The current Ab development paradigm is too slow and does not always result in consistent, renewable, and quality Abs. Phage display has been widely utilized to produce therapeutic Abs because the method enables development of highly specific and consistent-quality Abs. Until recently the timelines and cost of phage display protocols have made the method impractical for research and diagnostic reagent purposes. Abbratech’s technology advances allow us to make antibodies with a targeted precision not obtainable using any other available means.
