Stamford-based SpringWorks Therapeutics has announced the completion of the submission of its new drug application to the Food and Drug Administration for Nirogacestat, an oral medicine for adults with desmoid tumors, which are rare tumors that grow from connective tissue and can cause pain, swelling, sleep loss or difficulty moving.
