Manchester Community College is one of the largest community colleges in Connecticut, serving more than 16,000 students per year. It offers more than 90 degrees and certificates in over 40 disciplines. Through its Continuing Education division, MCC also offers a wide variety of non-credit, professional development certificate programs in areas such as health careers, business, real estate and computers, and hundreds of lifestyle classes.
MCC is committed to student success, offering a comprehensive array of support services that include tutoring, advising, career planning and counseling. Plus, through developmental courses, students can improve skills in math, English and college success skills.
MCC graduates are guaranteed admission to the Connecticut State Universities. A guaranteed admissions program with the University of Connecticut provides access to more than 50 majors in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources, and the School of Business. MCC graduates have transferred successfully to hundreds of colleges and universities, both in Connecticut and across the country.
