ReNetX Bio has added Sean Cassidy, MBA, to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Cassidy is the Chief Financial Officer of Arvinas, where he negotiated and closed multiple license and collaboration agreements with leading pharmaceutical companies including Merck, Genentech, a subsidiary of Roche, Pfizer, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
