Join Executive Women In Bio-Connecticut for an interactive panel discussion fostering candid dialog on personal stories, experiences, and pragmatic advice relating to organizational action and the partnership with individuals to advance women. Topics will be focused on building talent development culture that creates an environment that prioritizes opportunities. Advice will be given on how to mobilize and drive action to develop and advance women inside companies. It will examine the roles of the individual and the company.
