GPS Your Career: Know Your Why – Hosted by WEST

When it comes to your career, are you traveling on the path you intended? For many of us, our work life has changed in ways we would not have anticipated. It is natural to pause, reflect periodically, and ask yourself: Is this job working for me? What is important about the work I do in this career, industry, role, or company? WHY am I doing this?

This is the second session in a 3-part series focused on Career Mapping and Planning. During session 2, you will reflect on your career experiences to articulate the priorities that have influenced your professional choices. In this interactive session, you will identify the values that drive your work preferences and assess the degree to which you are aligning certain choices with your values. This will enable you to consider how your values may (or may not) be shaping the decisions that are driving your career.
