Let’s turn Hartford Purple on for our Advocacy Day! Alzheimer’s Association advocates from across our state will meet with lawmakers to share their stories and advance policies to improve the lives of the 80 thousand people living with Alzheimer’s in Connecticut and their caregivers
Join us in Room 310 of the State Capitol, 210 Capitol Ave, Hartford at 9am, as we hear from a woman living well with Alzheimer’s, state representatives impacted by the disease, our local leadership and others, as we work to advance awareness and support of families.
The program will begin at 9:30am and following the formal program advocates will be walking back to the adjacent Legislative Office Building (LOB) to talk with local lawmakers about our policy priorities. They include:
