Lauren McMurry, Associate Partner, Executive Compensation

Lauren is an associate partner with the Executive Compensation practice at Aon in Connecticut. She works both with compensation committees and senior executives in all executive compensation matters. In particular, Lauren assists clients with incentive program designs and assessments; measurement and analysis regarding the competitiveness of total compensation solutions; employment, severance, and change-in-control contract and policy reviews; regulatory requirements; and director compensation assessments.

Lauren regularly assists clients on executive and broad-based compensation matters related to acquisitions, spins, and IPOs. Lauren has assisted clients in all phases of acquisitions including due diligence, closing, and integration on acquired companies. In addition, Lauren has worked on global total rewards projects focusing on creating global alignment of compensation programs across regions and business units.
