Join WIB-National for an important panel discussion during Hispanic Heritage Month. How do we get more Latina girls into post-secondary education and training opportunities in the life science field? What can we, as a life science community, do to guide girls into the STEM pipeline and further support them as they enter a career they may not have imagined when growing up? What kind of resources and ongoing support are needed to continue to increase the opportunities and retention of Latina women in STEM careers?
We will discuss these important questions and more with our panel as we learn about their career journeys and how we can continue to support diversity in career paths.
