Known as America’s Seed Fund, the federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs offer millions of dollars in non-dilutive grants to small businesses every year.

Innovations funded through these grants have revolutionized today’s GPS technology, seen breakthroughs in stem cell processing, and are changing the way patients receive treatment. They are the pushing the limits of science and human behavior and accelerating the growth of technology developed right here in Connecticut.
