Genomics-testing firm Sema4 is set to start construction on a 70,000-square-foot lab in the city’s Waterside section, a project that will more than double the company’s local headcount.
Sema4 plans to renovate an existing building at 62 Southfield Ave., a property overlooking Stamford Harbor that will house about 300 employees. Construction is set to finish next summer. more
