MannKind is now designating Danbury as principal executive office in filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, with the company having long operated an insulin packaging plant there.
The company made the decision considering a major expansion under way at its Danbury plant and the facility’s “increasing strategic importance” to the company. Formerly the executive offices were listed as in California.
