Bartholomew Advisors is focused on executive search within Life Sciences for clients ranging from small private equity backed companies to the largest corporations in the world. We exclusively work on roles of critical importance to our clients. Typically, such roles include Chair, independent board directors, CEOs and heads of a function that report to a CEO, however any role that is mission critical for our clients would be undertaken. We advise public companies and, occasionally, charitable organizations.

Clients are based in the US and across Europe. A considerable number of our searches are North American in focus, many are pan-European and the rest, global. We are experts at advising on the challenges of international relocations.
