BioCT believes that all people should experience dignity and respect in their personal lives and in their workplace.
BioCT has established a board-level Equity, Diversity & Inclusion committee to explore the ways BioCT can promote ED&I within its community and through collaboration with its members. With the committee’s stewardship, BioCT has authored and adopted an ED&I pledge as well as a number of organizational initiatives and goals for 2021 and beyond.
