What a week of major events. We kicked off Monday with a Board Meeting before the Annual Holiday Party. As our last meeting of the year, it was also the Election of Directors, and we voted in 4 new Directors. Stay tuned for a press release coming in early January. The Holiday Party was a “homecoming” for me. It was the first BioCT event I attended in 2016 when I was at Achillion and trying to connect with more life sciences executives. We had almost 300 attendees. It was also the 10th Anniversary of the Entrepreneur of the Year and you can read about our awardee Dr. Stephen Bloch in our PR here.Yesterday, I was honored to represent life sciences at the States Artificial Intelligence Task Force. It was a full day of key stakeholders ensuring we have an ecosystem fostering the catalyzation of AI in Connecticut, hosted by Senator Maroney.
