WIB-CT launches 3.8 initiative for future leaders

Women In Bio Connecticut (WIB-CT) recently celebrated the inaugural launch of the 3.8 Initiative, named for the March 8 International Women’s Day, a 10-month program dedicated to giving women leaders the tools and knowledge they need to become future board leaders.

“This initiative seeks to increase board leadership for women in the Connecticut-area life sciences and health tech innovation system,” said Susan Sobolov, chapter chair, WIB-CT. “We are thrilled to have our 3.8 Initiative cohort participate in Deloitte’s national Board-Ready program, as attendees will gain insight into how to position themselves for board opportunities.”
