Yale New Haven Hospital plans to break ground on its new $838 million neurosciences center at its Saint Raphael campus, two years after delaying the project because of the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
The new center will be 505,000 square feet and include two new patient towers. One is the Sherman tower by Sherman Avenue and the other will be the McGivney tower, to be built atop the existing McGivney Center. The project includes operating rooms, procedure rooms, support spaces, and 214 inpatient beds.
