Thinking Entrepreneurially for the Academic Researcher -Hosted by UConn TCS

This presentation is designed to educate academic researchers on how to think entrepreneurially when conducting research and commercializing innovations. The session will include outlining early patent strategies, enhancing commercial value during research, as well as understanding the basics for starting a company and different funding sources (e.g., angel, private equity, and venture capital investment).
