Speaker Bio

Caitlin Henderson, Account Director at TellMed Strategies

Having worked in a hospital setting in various roles, Caitlin brings a valuable communications perspective to TellMed. At Spaulding Rehabilitation Center, she worked clinically in the stroke, neurology, and burn units and provided clinical care to adolescents who had experienced Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, working closely with addiction counselors to support the children and affected family members. Switching to the corporate side of the business, Caitlin managed home healthcare divisions in NJ and RI, giving her the opportunity to oversee sales and marketing initiatives. She has developed strong expertise in managing broad communications and social media efforts, and clients, including EMD Serono and Bay Area Lyme Foundation, have benefited from her abilities. With coursework that included anatomy, microbiology, nutrition, and human growth and development, Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Elms College.
